Kai Kight is a paradigm-shifting thinker and composer, who teaches innovation to Fortune 100 companies such as Google, Disney, and Capital One. Inspired by his late mother, who expressed regret of not bringing her ideas to the world, Kai dedicated his life to answering one question: Why do some people write new music in their lives and work, while others just play the notes they’ve been handed?
A product of Stanford University’s human-centered design program, where he researched human behavior with renowned behavior scientist Dr. BJ Fogg, Kai spent over a decade studying how culturally pervasive paradigms of thought directly effect our ability to adapt. In this time, he found 36 forces that are silently preventing professionals from a path of ingenuity.
In his client-centered approach, Kai supports organizations by taking time to understand the specific thoughts + cultural forces that are blocking the innovation outcomes you care about.
