CAAE Institute attendee shares career lessons she learned from Kai Kight
Caroline Dowd-Higgins, Executive Director of Career & Professional Development Indiana University Alumni Association, saw Kai Kight speak and perform at the Council of Alumni Association Executives 2015 Winter Institute. The event in Phoenix, Arizona was an opportunity for alumni relations executives and thought leaders to share best practices and innovations in the field.
Kai shared his unique CREATE Framework with the CAAE members for them to use as a tool in reimagining their work and life. Caroline was particularly intrigued by Kai's message, and shared her takeaways in her Huffington Post article "Career Lessons I Learned From Kai Kight".
