Hi. I’m Kai.

An Innovation speaker + violinist

Hi. I’m Kai.

I’ve given speeches on innovation at hundreds of the world’s most prominent organizations ranging from Google to the Swiss Economic Forum to the NFL’s Seattle Seahawks. I believe that wisdom isn’t something to simply perform, but something we earn by showing curiosity to others first.

A product of Stanford University’s human-centered design program, I’ve studied ethnographic research and behavior design, earning fellowships from the top VC firms Kleiner Perkins and Mayfield Fund. As a composer and violinist, I’ve performed at venues including the The Great Wall of China, The White House, and Fashion Week in Milan. I fuse my love for both research and entertainment to systematically move both mind and soul.

I’ve relentlessly examined how to use music as a metaphor for innovation. The composer’s job is to convert their inclinations into notes: a system of operational tasks designed for the natural workings of the instruments available. I help professionals deeply know themselves then leverage their already existing resources into their own breath taking creations.

“Kai has a gift for helping people

understand complex situations with

storytelling and analogies. He’s a

brilliant speaker and continues to

impress, motivate people of the

organization. Thank you for your

careful planning and bringing

thoughts and ideas to life.”
