College is a time to set visions for the future. In music, to compose is to see new possibilities, yet these dreams are not unbound. They must fit the natural workings of the instruments available. Innovation speaker and violinist Kai Kight helps students not only to dream big around their future careers and lives, but to develop self-understanding so that they craft ambitions in alignment with their natural skills and resources. Kai has worked with students across the collegiate spectrum: from community colleges to large private and public institutions at both the undergrad and graduate level.
